- 'Blackstone Coating' is a coating material developed to combine the durability of ceramic coatings with the non-stick properties of PTFE coatings, meeting the demands of gravity-cast products. Of course, it can also be applied to general die-cast kitchenware. In addition to all the functionalities of the existing Megastone coating, it offers enhanced wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and salt resistance. (This coating method requires one additional firing compared to conventional coatings.)
- The coating material contains nano-sized natural stones such as black mica in addition to zirconium, which improves durability and emits far-infrared rays that are beneficial to both the human body and food.
- The durability is more than three times higher than that of conventional coatings, and it has passed a wear resistance test of 150,000 cycles. (It can also pass wear resistance tests beyond this number of cycles.)
- No PFOA or any other harmful substances have been detected. The coating material is manufactured using environmentally friendly and non-toxic raw materials.
- It is a coating that evenly combines the durability of ceramic coatings with the long-lasting non-stick performance of PTFE coatings.
